Please read this Terms and Conditions Agreement and the Privacy Policy before using these sites

Introduction
The Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Cultural Association ("We" or "Us") trust in the good will and intent of every visitor to our websites, and of all the Participants in the One Earth Choir Project.
At the same time, we are very much aware of the value, of the most specific content and of the uniqueness of the work and projects of Anna Bacchia and of the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Association, and of the copyrights and rights of authorship connected with this work.
It is part of our mission to preserve all such work and all developments connected with our projects in their wholeness and specific value.
The following Terms and Conditions protect such unique work and projects from any non-intentional or intentional use in contexts which would not take into account the specific rights, the specific contents and the wholeness of the projects and the work presented on these websites, and would like to make you aware of the Projects Uniqueness.

Use of these websites
By using these Sites, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions of Use, as stated here below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, please do not use these Sites.
This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

Copyrights Registrations
The copyright to the ÌNIN Project, to the One Earth Choir Project and to its related 2012 event (hereinafter, the “Project”) has been legally registered, which defines and defends its rights of authorship and copyrights, its humanistic and cultural intent, its collaborations and its dissemination.

Acceptance of the Project's intent:
The Projcet is exclusively humanistic and cultural in character.
The title 'One Earth Choir', the title 'ÌNIN' and the title 'ÌNIN 2012', as well as the Project and the Event itself, shall not be associated to and used for purposes outside the scope stated herein.
It is expressly forbidden to associate the Project, the Event or its name to, or use the Project and the Event or its name for, any personal and/or business purpose whatsoever.

Video and audio recordings
Part of the Project might be recorded in Video or Audio by us or by third parties specifically licensed by us for such purposes. By participating to the Project you agree and accept that you and/or the group/category you enrol in the Project may be recorded on video, audio or any other media.
You accept that any photographic, video or audio material which you transmit to us as part of this Project may be freely used and re-elaborated by us. We will give you credit for your footage, according to the information you provide us with. We will use your footage only inside of the One Earth Choir Project.
No footage or recording will be used for profit and/or for personal purposes and/or outside the scope and intent of the Project and Event as stated herein.

Copyrights on materials on these websites
All materials and images used on inin2012.net, on oneearthchoir.net, on vocalsound.org or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Anna Bacchia or by the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Cultural Association ("Sites"), where not otherwise stated, are owned or licensed by Anna Bacchia or by the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Cultural Association.
Some materials and images may be derived from the public domain, and have been re-elaborated specifically for the Project. They therefore bear a copyright watermark and/or copyright notice from their original copyright holder. Such work remain in the public domain and may be used freely, but credits must be given to their original copyright holder and to the Vocal Sound-Bacchia Studio Association for the specific re-elaboration connected with the Project.
You are hereby given permission to download and/or print a copy of information or the materials from these Sites for your non-commercial use only provided that any such copy keeps intact all copyright and other proprietary notices and any disclaimers contained therein. Except as specifically provided to the contrary in this Agreement, no material from these Sites may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, mirrored, hyperlinked or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use for any other purpose is (I) a violation of Anna Bacchias and the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studios copyright and other proprietary rights, (II) expressly prohibited by law, and (III) may result in civil and criminal penalties.
The design, layout and elements of the Sites are protected by copyright and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.
No logo, graphic, sound or image from the Sites may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted in writing by the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Association.

Exclusive rights
Anna Bacchia and the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Association are the sole and exclusive owner of any and every right, title and interest (including copyrights, trademarks, patents and any intellectual property right or any other right whatsoever) on all information, content and developments (including all text, art, graphic, music, recordings, videos and symbols) related to the ÌNIN Project, the One Earth Choir Project and the 2012 Event.

Disclaimer
As far as allowed by law, the Vocal Sound - Bacchia Studio Association disclaims all of its responsibilities and any and all responsibilities of its members and collaborators against anyone for any cost, claim, expense, or damage or otherwise (direct or indirect, contractual or extra-contractual, including negligence), deriving from improper and/or unauthorised use of any information, reference, image, sound, or other content related to the Project.
